LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COHORTS
One year learning groups for Christian leadership of the local church are designed to enhance technical competence, relational congruence, and adaptive capacity.
Our one year Learning and Development Cohorts are designed for leaders who are: 1)Â desiring to learn how to navigate the complex issues of sexuality from a traditional Christian perspective, and 2) wanting to develop and grow in relationship with other leaders who are in similar roles.Â
These cohorts begin with a two-day intensive covering topics like sexual identity, gender, marriage, singleness, and leadership. Following the two-day seminar, leaders are given monthly reading and learning assignments that culminate with a monthly cohort video call.
SEMINARS
Two-Day Seminars are designed to enhance knowledge for a church pastoral staff and leaders.
If you are a church looking to unify its staff and leaders concerning topics focused on sexuality, sexual identity, LGBTQ, and Gender, this two-day seminar is for you. Designed for one or multiple church staffs, the two-days will be full of learning and processing these complex issues.

Seminars can be tailored to meet your specific context in order to help the leaders of the church formulate and strategic plan on how to love and minister to the congregation as well as define its praxis for handling the integration of all types of people.

Many church leaders face difficult and sensitive situations pertaining to sexual and gender identity. Our consulting services offer an outside perspective on how to navigate such times.
